Can anyone
make donations?
Only Registered Users may make donations. To become a Registered User, one must be the age of majority in
your state of residence and otherwise be able to form legally binding contracts
under applicable law. One must also
provide certain current, complete, and accurate information about you on the registration
form available on the Site. Please
refer to our Terms of Use for further information.
What credit
cards do you accept?
We accept
MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Is it safe
to use my credit card?
All transactions
are processed using VeriSign’s Payflow Pro security system to ensure your
online transactions are safe and secure.
Credit card information is not
stored by Game 7 Entertainment, Inc or by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. That information is used only by our
financial institution for the purpose of processing donations. That information is safeguarded with
extremely high, bank-level security and it will never be used for any other
purposes.
How many
game tokens do I receive?
You will receive 1 game token per $1 donated. Minimum donation of $10
is required. Each token is good for one
game play of any of the provided games.
Can tokens
be used in different pledgeplay.com events?
No, tokens are only good for the event in which they were received.
Can tokens
be shared with others?
Yes. By using the Share feature
on the event website, one can send tokens to others via email. In your account profile, the pledgeplay.com
system keeps track of the tokens you have shared with others.
How long
are game tokens valid for game play?
Game tokens are usable for 30 days after the end date of a specific
event. Game tokens can not be purchased
after the end date of an event but the site will remain active and games can be
played during the 30-day period following the event’s end date.
Is any portion of my donation tax deductible?
Please consult your
tax advisor regarding the tax deductibility of your donation.
How does the referral code work?
If you were told of our site by someone, make sure that their code is
in the referral box on the Pledge page. Our system will track each pledge to
make sure whoever told you about the site gets the appropriate credit and
recognition.

Do you sell
my personal information to third parties?
No,
we value your privacy. Please refer to

When you register on
lls.play2cures.org your contact information is submitted to Game 7, the company
who is hosting this casual game site for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
(LLS). Site visitors who agree to
receive communications from LLS will be managed in accordance with the LLS Privacy

Why must I
be at least 13 years of age to be a Registered User or Authorized Player?
Game 7 Entertainment, Inc. strictly adheres to the Children’s Online

anyone under the age of 13.
Will I be contacted by third parties if I use your website?
Except as otherwise provided in

Our regular
Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm PST. We
try to provide answers and information to all your inquiries online through our
FAQs and via email at support@pledgeplay.com. When making an inquiry,
please include your name, email address, and contact telephone number in case
we need to contact you. Our policy is to respond to inquiries within two
(2) business days of receipt.
